Operavi was built on 3 principles:
Artists of all caliber should be able to tour without the need for a 3rd party to purchase their labor in the form of a traditional guarantee.
Venues and promoters can avoid bearing the increasing risks of live events when artists are prepared and willing to take control of their own fate and assume that risk themselves.
Fans should not be punished with inflated ticket prices or a lack of events as a result of the current model’s inefficiencies.
The once popular “door deal” has, at large, been abandoned by agents and promoters in favor of the guarantee because of the opportunity to garner more leverage over the market, while artists race to obtain the highest fee possible.
Operavi is here to solve this wage-price spiral by building the infrastructure for artists to tour on a door deal at scale by building markets guerilla style: supplying consistent and quality events regardless of existing demand.

The Structure
A note to agencies and managers
Operavi is not here to disrupt or undermine existing industry relationships. Instead, we see ourselves as a developmental platform—a 'Minor League' for touring. Our goal is to complement the work of booking agents, artist managers, and promoters by providing a structured opportunity for artists to gain valuable road experience.
If you have a new artist struggling to secure a tour spot with a headliner, we can provide the experience they need. If your Spotify stats indicate a strong listener base in a market that’s hard to break into, we’re here to help your artist build their presence. Or if you’re managing an artist whose career peaked a few years ago but isn’t attracting booking offers now, Operavi tours create an opportunity for them to reconnect with live audiences.
Our tours are designed to lower the risks associated with booking unproven talent while addressing the challenges promoters face with rising event costs. Our framework prioritizes sustainability for both artists and promoters, ensuring continuity in live events without depending solely on traditional booking structures.
Ultimately, our mission is to help artists stay active and engaged with their fans, especially those who may not have access to touring opportunities under current market conditions. If one of your artists expresses interest in working with us, there’s likely a good reason. We’re not a competitor—we’re here to collaborate and support the broader ecosystem of live music.
A note to artists
This is a highly experimental system of bookings that has never been done at scale before. Therefore, there is a chance the initial tours do not perform very well. You may have to come out of pocket for expenses to get you day to day depending on sales, however, with the help of donations and community support, I believe we will find our footing in the long run. Your contribution during these formative years will never be forgotten.
